Is there a way to move data from Windows 7 to Windows 10? From old PC to new PC.

Hi.I have to move only data from old PC, without Windows 7 system to new PC with Windows 10 System.Is there a way to do it?I need to move softwares, personal data etc. Everything without system.Best regards,Michal.
