Is there a way to manually emulate into a windows x64 USING an ARM64 windows based processor?

There are many games that I cannot run, such as VALORANT and THE FINALS because they run on a x64 processor. However, my laptop runs on ARM64 (it is a Qualcomm Snapdragon xElite laptop.) Is there a way to run these games via emulation (not the automatic one)?
