Is there a way to fix how Windows 11 treats monitors and TV's the same and then freaks out when it boots with the TV off?

Basically the title. I have never had good experiences with using multiple monitors in Windows, but I though Windows 11 was the exception; that was, until I hooked up my TV to my multi monitor setup. I have 2 monitors and a TV all of different sizes and resolutions, but same aspect ratio, so I understand I'm not really helping myself here but it's a feature that was supposedly fixed in Windows 11 so I'd like for it to just work after the first time I configure it.Down to the real issue.
