Is there a way to change windows pin from phone? Additionally, what app do i need to download to do that.

Im clicking on “forgot my pin” on my computer and all it’s doing is taking me back to the pin page and im just in a loop of not being able to change my pin. Ive never had this problem before because the “forgot my pin” button usually works but right now its not. I need help ASAP because i work from my computer and i will not be able to have any access to anything if i cant change my pin.
