Is there a way to change file origin?

[Windows 11]

When I downloaded a good chunk of my photos / videos from my Google Drive, it saved them with the date I installed them. That's cool, I just changed the date via PowerShell....But there's two separate date categories. One under language, and one under origin when I look at the properties. Is there a way to change this? I want my memories to all contain the proper dates for both so I can organize them properly.Thank you all
