Is there a way to boot Windows 10 from safe mode back to normal mode through command prompt?

Hello, I have a tablet computer with Windows 10. What happened was I was trying to configure some settings in the group policy editor through my admin account but unfortunately made a mistake and was locked out due to an message that says "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions on this computer". I've been unable to access any of my desktop apps because of this message.
