Is there a way to block login attempts to my account from anywhere but my own country?

Because I've been getting annoying single-use code spam for weeks. Sometimes even a dozen times a day.If I check login attempts on my e-mail/account from outside of my country I see a list of everything ranging from the US to China and Pakistan to Brazil and everything in between, up to dozens every single day.I've looked for other solutions, already changed my passwords, etc. I even have filters set up in my mail clients to stop this spam from incessantly ending up in my inbox and skip to archive.
