Is there a way to access my pc if the email address tied to my login is no longer valid?

I was a volunteer with an organization and had an onmicrosoft.com account for several years. I never realized it was linked to my Windows login...sigh... I recently left the organization and they removed the email address. I attempted to log into the pc and, of course, it is not working for me. Questioning my own intelligence, I never added any alternate accounts to the PC. Other than wiping it and losing data I would really prefer to keep, is there a way around the train wreck I created for myself?Many Thanks!MJC
