Is there a way I can connect to WiFi via recovery command?

I can’t log in reset tpm as per standard protocol to reevaluate my computer and it would not let me connect to WiFi to reset my Microsoft account. Log in screen doesn’t even appear anymore. I did this before several times on my windows 10 laptop. But this 11 will not comply. Hardware and bios detect ipv4 and ipv6 but, I am unable to co figure WiFi setting via recovery command prompt. My cpu is the only one with the issue, my WiFi allows more devices but, not my laptop. No other CPU’s available.
