Is There a Secure App for Windows 11 to Update all my apps at Once?

Hi. I just have a question. I have a Windows 11 PC that has a lot of apps, and most of them were not installed via the Microsoft Store, so I can't go in there and update them there. I would like to know, is there a way, (eg. secure application, windows tool) to update all my apps at once instead of updating them one by one?Thank you for your service.
