Is there a latest update on windows 11 that has caused usb c port not detecting usb hub anymore?

For last couple of days my external monitor connected over USB-C (using adaptor USB-c to HDMI) stopped getting detected by my laptop, which was working all along till now.My Laptop is HP Spectre x360 running Windows 11 In last few days, I have tried:1. Used another USB-C hub for HDMI connection (This laptop doesn't have HDMI port, uses USB-C Hub for HDMI connection). Still external monitor not detectedUSB-C port still charge.2. USB Hub works with another laptop to connect to external monitor3. Tested that external monitor connects to another laptop using HDMI cable and it works fine.4. Up
