is my pc too old for roblox?

I recently have been having trouble trying to run Roblox since it's latest update. My computer refuses to run the update or even try to install it and each time I try I just get "Roblox installation requires directx11 feature level 10 or greater" and closes itself. Another error I've gotten is "on July 7, The Roblox application requires DirectX 10 or higher level." I thought I had the right requirements as its been running perfectly fine up until a week ago or so.
