Is my pc free from this virus?

Yesterday, I somehow got a trojan virus (Trojan:Win32/Doplik). Windows Defender quarantined it for me and i chose the action to remove it (duh), but I still have this feeling that it isn't free from that malware. Though I want to get a second opinion here and want anyone smarter then me to tell me if what I did is good and confirms that my pc is guaranteed malware free or I still need to do some other steps to make sure of it.The actions i performed:Scanned on command prompt (SFC /scannow). It found no threats.Scanned with Windows Defender (quick and full scan). It found no threats.Downloaded
