Is my graphics card bad or ssd or windows

Whenever I try to change my hz on the monitor to 144hz it black screens and stops displaying but the pc stays on. sometimes when I turn the pc on it will load into the login screen of windows for a second then freeze then black screen. And then I'll load into the recovery mode and run a system check and it will say C:\windows\system32\logfiles\srt\srttrail.txt error.Is there anyway to fix this or is it my gpu as I only have 2 days to return it for it being faulty or is it my storage.The pc specs are a rx6600 amd5600x 16gb ram 1tb nvme 650w power supply.
