I am the sole administrator and user of my pc and it will not let me delete a file from it.

Installed marvel rivals through steam to SSD. Game suddenly stops working. Wont reinstall or verify game files. Uninstall through steam and put on HDD. Works fine. Think it must be an issue with the drive, but am able to install, uninstall, run, and edit programs from and not from steam on there just fine. It's only marvel rivals. Uninstall didn't fully go through though, there is still a file named "marvelrivals" in my steam folder that i cannot edit for some unknown reason, so i cant simply move my files when the reinstall didn't work.
