Is it possible to use the same Windows license on two different boot drives on the same computer?

I am interested in setting up two different operating system bootable drives on my computer (I'll select boot from the second one through the BIOS when needed) and I wanted to know if it is allowed to use the same Windows license on both drives? They would never be used at the same time, it would only be one or the other loaded at a time. They share the same hardware and computer. Just wanted to check before doing this so I don't run into problems.
