Is it possible to transfer a game on Xbox games windows to another PC trough USB driver?

Hi, me and a friend of mine have recently bought seas of thieves for Xbox games on windows, and I've already downloaded it, but he doesn't have a wifi so downloading 90 gb is a bit hard... Is it possible to upload all my game files to a USB driver and then make him download em, to avoid downloading the game using internet? Thank u
