Hello Microsoft, I have a problem and let me explain the context. I had a voucher which was available untill 8 November 2024 and I sheduled to pass the AZ-500 certification at this date. But the problem is that my ID was broken in 2 pieces but was sticked together with scotch. Whether in the hospital or with the police, I have never had any problems because the chip is functional. The exam instructor asked me if I had a passport , that was the case but it was expired. So my question is : "Is it possible to reschudle my exam and enjoy my voucher even if it's expired?" .
