Is it possible to get a display bugs or a virus on your monitors?

These last few days I noticed when using my 3 monitors which are all the exact same model/brand/settings etc.... Sometimes they Display monitors have a flickering line that goes through one screen. It doesn't turn the connection off; it's like a white line through it almost reminds me of an old TV set when there is static...I hope someone can help its starting to bug me.Below is an image of my current setting for my monitors which I use Windows to control them.
