Is it Possible to delete Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable

[Windows 11]

I deleted the actual VSC program, but I know the risks of deleting Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable but I was wondering if it was possible since I had deleted the actual VSC program, and since I don't want my current hard drive to be full since I have a lot of other important files saved on there, and so I was wondering if it was possible to delete it and when I reinstall VSC it will come back again, please let me know as soon as possible, thanks.
