Hello, I am a project manager at HUWIZ (games' Quality Assurance) in charge our their PC Compatibility and Performance lab and since Windows 11's release, we have observed a trend on over 100 game titles in overall performances and notably in CPU utilization. Some games this had an unnoticeable impact, others this resulted in a difference of for as much as 7-8 ms per frame, in heavily CPU-bound scenarios.My main question is, is this behavior normal for Windows 11 or is it a detail to be considered and improved by game developers themselves? Even if there are ways to work around this bad CPU
