I have been plagued with something in Windows 11 stealing input focus from whatever window I am currently using or even when I am playing games. I noticed that every time it happened and I was not playing a game the system tray would refresh so I assumed it's a background task doing it. I have tried disabling various background apps to see if the issue stops but had no success.Today I installed Process Explorer from Sysinternals which highlights processes in various colours.
