IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL

HHi everyone,I'm in desperate need for help.On Friday I bought a Vivobook 16gb ram, 512gb ssid, amd ryzen 5000.I use a software for work, called Secure Remote Worker, I installed it, but when I try to run it, it crashes after few minutes giving the NOT LESS OR EQUAL error message. I ran an sfc scan, nothing.Memory scan, nothing.Attached there's the reliability check, that showed that error.Please help me
