IRQL Not Less or Equal Error

I get this error on windows 10 22h2 by time to time not often maybe once every day or two it caused by (ntoskrnl) file on casual use as browsing or watching videos i didn't get it on heavy use as video editing or games and there is no others hangs or errors , i tried many solutions but still happens i tried- Updating windows and drivers ( chipset + vga )- sfc with no errors and dism restore health- full Memtest without any errors-Check Nvme Health and it is ok-scan for viruses or malware with no infectionsthis is minidebug file i get after this blue screenhttps://drive.google.com/file/d/1_
