iqvw64e.sys driver cannot load

i am getting this error"iqvw64e.sys driver cannot load" after newest win 11 update. after a quick google search, i found myself lead to something with intel, and i tried doing the intel driver check as suggest numerous times on this forum. it says there is "nothing wrong", and supposedly it can also be because of spotify running on startup, or memory integrity (which i dont want to disable?). what do i do???
