Iphone sending mail to Outlook 2010 appear as attachment

My environment iPhone is sending a mail to Win 7 Outlook 2010

The message structure is

Text

Forwarded message with image

Forwarded message with image

Forwarded message with image

Microsoft word attachment

Result appearance as:

Text , all items from first image onwards appear in inbox as attachment, including subsequent word attachment, image, text
