Hello,I've saved my iPhone photos and videos on an external hard drive but am having trouble opening a large number of files on my computer. Unfortunately my iPhone has been reset so these photos are no long available anywhere but the hard drive. The message I am getting is 'It appears that we don't support this file format.' The pictures are saved as jpeg and the videos are .MOV. Some things I have tried:updating computerejecting hard drivechanging application to open the fileput my hard drive into a different windows computer (same issue)If there is anything else I can try?Thanks
