Inverted Mouse pointer on windows 11.

Hi everyone, I'm hoping someone can help me with this very strange issue:The issue is when rotating the display from any orientation to a different one using the display settings page, the display rotates, but the mouse pointer stays in the same orientation. While the visual indicator of the pointer stays in the same location, it appears that the cursor itself does flip with the display; that is to say the pointer no longer corresponds with where a click will land on the display.I uploaded this youtube video to demonstrate the issue:
