Invalid Microsoft Windows OEM key

Hi, Microsoft Support,I have a NUC that came with an OEM key sealed on the Media (Label Part No.: X18-45392), but when I scratched the license key and entered it during the Windows installation prompt, I received the message "This key is not valid." Is it possible that the key was not enabled from the Microsoft side when it was printed on the sticker?Can you please enable this key for me? I can provide pictures of the media if required.Kind regards,Sopheak
