Interrupted windows install and now stuck in a loop

I'm reinstalling windows on my laptop (lenovo yoga 920-13ikb) from a USB and accidentally lost power while installing. Now whenever I boot the laptop I get the message "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install windows, click "OK" to restart the computer, then restart the installation". Unfortunately whenever I hit 'OK' and the computer restarts, it just sends me back to the same prompt, so I'm stuck in a loop. I just want to be able to properly start again so I can install windows correctly.
