Internet Speed too low

From a little bit of troubleshooting, I have to the conclusion that my Ethernet cord is fine, WLAN is fine, but my LAN connection for some reason still doesn't perform better. I used to get around 110Mb/s Down and Up speeds, but now my Down speed is 90Mb/s and Up speed is 0.5-1.5Mb/s. And I might not experience issues in streaming or surfing, while playing games like Valorant, my ping is reaching 100-150mswhich usually was around 35-40ms. I have had this for about a week or two now, and neither Updating nor Rolling back drivers worked.For my WLAN Wi-Fi connection, my Up and Down speeds are 50M
