Internet slowed down in the span of one day, can you guys help me fix it?

So, I have this problem with my ethernet which had slowed down from 300Mbps to like 6-8Mbps (tested it with Speedtest by Ookla), its the same with on my phone, so I think the problem is with the router/internet itself, but I dont know exactly what. I have used multiple solution with like cmd, router reset, custom dns, pc reset, tried calling customer service for my internet provider but had no solution also. So my last resort is turning to the people on the internet directly, maybe somebody had the same issue and fixed it somehow.My pc setup.Processor: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12400F, 250
