Internet slow on pc and literally every other device get 100-300 mbps but not my pc

I checked literally every setting and property on device manager, did internet optimizations and checked motherboard and it is compatible. WHAT do i do? I have a b760m-a ax6 motherboard and also i use internet not ethernet because i just cant. I get 10 mb per second on average and when every other device comes into my room, it has over 200mbps. My pc is the only one with slow internet in the house. My router has been reset multiple times but just doesn't help, i use optimum 700mbps and have some Eero thing for internet (my parents know i don't know some internet helper thing).
