Internet problem

So recently ive been using my new laptop the LOQ 15, i bought it like 8 months ago and everytnk my provider is blocking. i searched all the possible reason and i still couldnt fix it, anyone can help? (everytime if this happen i either restart my laptop to be able to play or even reset all the network settings, and the games work if i use a vpn, and even works on my mobile which uses the same wifi)i already turned off network booster which apparently can affect the internet.i see that my network received is very high maybe this info can be usefuland my wifi is wifi 6 ax203im trying to show a p
