Internet only connects to some apps but not all

I use ethernet and it works perfect google, YouTube and steam work just fine but when i go to task manager as i open epic games it shows it is getting (no network) 0mbps meaning it cant access the internet and after around 5 minutes it does but when i then go to launch a game the same problem occurs and the game only works in about 1 in 20 attempts of restarting my pc.I have gone into many files and changed stuff to get it fixed but not many work and if they do it seems they don't work the next time i try to launch an app like epic games.
