Internet not working after restart (Code 10)

I just did a clean install of Win11 Enterprise.Setup worked fine. I installed all the Windows Updates and started customising my settings and installing my drivers and apps.After I downloaded and installed the AMD Chipset Driver for my Am4 B450 I had to restart my PC.Now my LAN internet doesn't work anymore. I checked my adapter settings and the ethernet adapter just disappeared.My bluetooth adapter still works fine.So I went to my Device manager and now the Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller network adapter shows Error (Code 10).I did some troubleshooting and reset my network settings, restar
