Internet instability

Hi!Over the last month or so, my internet has been insanely unstable. My phone and other devices have no issue, but my PC has had issues with internet. It'll peak at around 160mbps, and then drop very fast to 0, and stay at around 100-200kbps for a while and occasionally rise to 5-10mbps. Sometimes it'll drop to a staggering 8kbps and then drop to 0 for a couple of minutes.
