Internet Explorer Website Security on Windows 10

End users access a website and normally after they answer security questions for the website they can check "remember this computer" and they will not be prompted to answer them again. Since changing to Windows 10, when the end user goes to that website, even though they check the "remember this computer" option, they are prompted every time to answer security questions. The vendor said that it is nothing on their site. Is there a setting on Windows 10 or IE 11 that is doing this?
