Internet Explorer redirects to Microsoft Edge (IE to Edge BHO)

I just want to use Internet Explorer 11 because I think it's fun to, I like using it every now and then, but iexplore.exe redirects to Microsoft Edge. I tried renaming the BHO folder in the MSedge directories, but to no avail. So are there any workarounds?
