Internet Explorer opens blank page when entered Intranet website

Hi,

Computers are installed Windows 10 1803. Users are trying to access a https:// FQDN intranet website. Internet Explorer returns blank page.

Website works if uncheck the “Display Intranet Sites in Compatibility View”. Domain name and website is added to the Local Intranet.

how to make the internet explorer to work without unchecking the “Display Intranet Sites in Compatibility View” in internet explorer.
