Internet Connectivity Issues due to update(s) on Windows 11?

My PC has been working fine since I got it back in 2019. Everything good, gaming well, until recently. My internet will disconnect for 1 - 3 mins then reconnect which makes it impossible to game and do live chat or do anything internet related on my computer. I at first thought it was due to the old-ish router I had, so I got an updated replacement from my ISP. But the internet connectivity issues still persist. I have yet to try a windows update uninstall, but i shall try that if necessary. But I know that my ISP is NOT throttling internet (i get very good speeds downloading and uploading). A
