Internal camera stopped working, system thinks none is installed

My internal camera stopped working in the summer. In Settings > Bluetooth and Devices > Cameras it says "no cameras found" under connected cameras, and likewise I could not find it initially in the device manager. Troubleshooters did not help as camera was not detected. However, today I was able to find the camera "hidden" in the device manager and noted the device properties as device installed, configured, and but not started with a date around when the camera was noted as no longer working. How should I proceed? I have downloaded the most recent camera driver from Lenovo, and here ar
