Intermittent PC crashing/Restarting/BSOD/ usually after exiting, or starting a game/web browser

Okay, I am at the point where I am now creating a post and asking for help, cause I am at my whit's end.This has been going on for awhile now, I've become so used to it I can't say for sure, maybe 6 months?First off, there were no issues before this started, and no there were no upgrades (other than the initial memory upgrade I did, prebuilt ASUS ROG machine)Usually, after I am done playing a game, or attempting to start Civ6 from steam, or rarely in the middle of web browsing, the PC will either at least 1-2 times a day:1.
