Intel Wifi and Bluetooth driver keep corrupting.

I have windows 11 on my PC. And it keeps corrupting the wifi and Bluetooth drivers. Ethernet is my only option and is running very slow. Wifi driver is newest version but says: Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)Bluetooth is newest version but says: This device cannot start. (Code 10)STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE
