Intel - System - 5/4/2017 12:00:00 AM - 11.0.0.1013 - for the third time this year

As the title mentions, today is the third time this Intel driver is showing up on my updates and requires me to restart. I don't even know what this driver is for. I use IDSA for most of my drivers. I disabled all driver updates and somehow this keeps pushing through.Can someone help?
