Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver did not work in Windows 11

My HP laptop has just updated to Windows 11 and recently it required me to update the Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver, but it failed to update. Perhaps it could be due to the Intel driver did not support Window 11 (vice versa) or is it because the battery issue. A few days ago, I have just changed my laptop's battery, after that I cannot switch on my laptop. I have sent my laptop to the support center and the support assistant updated the CMOS and BIOS, still I cannot switch on my laptop.
