Intel High Definition audio- No Audio Device installed after updating to latest Windows 11

Ive done a clean install and ive also tried uninstalling from device manager and reinstalling from plug and play scan. I will get sound, but It the same volume even if its at 2 or 99. Once I go to the volume icon on the task bar and I move the system sound. Everything goes silent again. I go to device manager and everything looks fine, as soon as I disable realtek audio and reenable it. I get the error message. realtek audio is removed from my device manager and i have the Intel high definition audio error code 28. I dont know if its a bad windows update or if there is something wrong with my
