Intel Driver and Support Assistant installation failed

I recently found an old laptop a Panasonic CF-19 first generation ( about 20 years old ), its been working great but i some applications that i want installed can not be installed because of it's old video card, i have been trying to install/update it but i get an error.Installation failed0x80072F7D:Unexpected issue with installationWhat could be the issue's and how can i fix them?
