Integrated Intel graphics are not working.

So recently I noticed that my Integrated graphics (Intel UHD graphics) were not showing up on my system. I have a Lenovo Legion 5 Pro 14900HX, RTX 4060 Mobile. I tried updating bios, graphics drivers and resetting Windows settings but it seem to have no effect on this problem. I have a System hardware report from a week ago and in that my Intel graphics was showing up and passed the tests. Here are the Screenshots of the report and event viewer (Google_drive) . Is there anyway i can bring back my intel graphics card.
