Integrated camera works, can be detected in browser, cuts out IN APP ONLY once anyone joins a call

My Lenovo laptop has an integrated camera, which up until a few weeks ago worked perfectly.The camera itself still works just fine. I've tested it out in the Camera app, on webcam testing sites, and in Skype and Zoom.As soon as I connect to anyone else/enter any actual Zoom or Skype or Discord meeting, though, the video of me freezes or cuts out entirely. I can still hear and see the other people just fine. Weirdly, like I said, when I use the browser version of these apps, my camera works. It works on various webcam testing sites. It just won't work in apps SPECIFICALLY when I am connected to
